Tomorrow Is Not Promised

The past few days have been rough for me as a sports fan and quite frankly, as a human being.
Seeing senseless tragedies occur can always lead you to remember that life is precious and that we should enjoy every single day we have on this Earth.
The photo I used for the title cover is a picture of NBA player Brandon Clarke taking time to sign an autograph for my little cousin who is a Memphis Grizzlies fan before the start of a NBA game in 2025.
I'll probably be a little all over the place with this blog. It's been a whirlwind for two days and this shit just really fucking sucks.
Today, it was announced that Clarke had passed away at the age of 29 on Monday at a home in Los Angeles. It is currently being investigated as a possible overdose, with officials finding dug parphenalia inside the home.
This is so fucking sad, man. BC was an energy guy in the Grizzlies locker room since he had first come into the league and will be forever remembered by his playoff perofrmance against the Minnesota Timberwolves in 2022.
It is a sad day for the 901, man. If you hav eever had a loved that struggles with drugs/addiction, you know there is basically nothing you can do if they don't want to stop.
Please, reach out for help if you feel alone. My DM's are always open. You are enough and loved.

A 29-year-old gone too soon from his family. Life is precious. Don't take it for granted. This situation mixed in with the shooting of Mizzou running back Ahmad Hardy, who is currently in stable condition thankfully, should be reminders that tomorrow is never promised.
