"LANTERNS" HAS THEIR VILLAIN

James Gunn has found his villain for "Lanterns". Danish actor Ulrich Thomsen has been cast as the biggest Green Lantern villain and founder of the Yellow Lantern Corps, Sinestro.

"Lanterns" will be a Max (HBO) limited series described as "True Detective in space" and be a part of Gunn's new DCU. Thomsen will play opposite Kyle Chandler and Aaron Pierre as the lead villain. Just in case you didn't know Sinestro teams up with other heroes' villains multiple times in the comics, we may also see him interact with Nicolas Hoult's Lex Luthor.
