Ronald Acuna Jr is BACK!

Alright, first off lets get this out the way...you don’t have to be an Atlanta Braves fan to appreciate this blog, so stick around, give it a quick read. I promise to keep the "glazing" short and sweet. Anyways, the MLB is about to get much much much better tonight, as Ronald Acuña Jr. is coming off the IL (injury list) to make his 2025 season debut against the San Diego Padres. Why is this a big deal? Do you even baseball, bro? It’s freakin’ ACUÑA!

Ronald Acuña Jr., when healthy, is one of the most talented and exciting players in not only the league... dare I say... the WORLD! Yes, the injuries have hurt some of the numbers, but very similar to Mike Trout, when healthy he is poetry in motion on the diamond. A former Rookie of the Year winner and just two years ago the 2023 NL MVP I may as well add too. Acuña may be the spark the Braves need to right the ship and, unfortunately, put Frank the Tank and his Mets into misery once again.

Acuña brings flare, flash, bang...shit, whatever buzzword you wanna use, he has it. In that 2023 MVP season, people for some reason forget how dominant he was. The man hit .337, had 41 HRs, and 73 SBs... that is insane. Only person in MLB history to do 40-70 in a season! I’m telling you...don’t be a grumpy gus and be all, “He doesn’t play for my team so why do I care?” People, people, people... we need to support the game. Look this man has it, sometimes I'm not sure what it is exactly but he does. We want the MLB to continue to grow, and Acuña gets people going!

Look, I said in the beginning I wouldn’t over-glaze (as the kiddos say) and I’ll keep this short. Here’s the bottom line: you need to check out a Braves game if they’re on TV sooner rather than later, ‘cause if he is in 2023 form, or even just around his career form of a .289 hitter that averages 30–40 so you will not be disappointed.
