Top 25 Players In The Dozen (updated)

Dozen Trivia Network | UPDATED 2/25/26

We have our favorites, we have our villains, but who are the best players in The Dozen Trivia League?

I did not build this list purely off PPM, as a player like Dana Beers will be a contender to finish as the highest scorer, but is he the best player? Instead, I built this list purely on my opinion.

Throughout the season, I will be updating this list.

You will see the last time it was updated at the top of the article

New text in green

Dropped out: Cheah (25), Klemmer (18)

25. Frank the Tank | Grinders|  6.28PPM | LR: NR

When he's on, he's on. The problem is, there's no telling if he is going to be on going forward. Give him an early MLb question that he misses, and he's done for the match, but last week he showed what kind of force he can be with a double-digit match.

Comparison: Cam Thomas

24. Big Ev| Gen XYZ | 5.83PPM | LR: 24

Big Ev is an above-average sports player and can provide some support in other categories as well. Fills in a nice gap where Large and Vibbs lack, but we will see if he can strengthen as the year goes on or if he remains a solid role player.

Comparison: Khalil Shakir

23. Robbie Fox | Minihane | 6.86PPM | LR: 23

Robbie Fox will help get you to an answer, but won't always give you the final result. He is a near-zero when it comes to sports, especially MLB (Luckily he is paired with Kirk and Klemmer), but what gives him the tiebreaker over Vibbs is his Mashup prowess, along with dominant niches.

Comparison: T.J. McConnell

22. Connor Griffin | Hoagies | n/a | LR: 22

We haven't seen much of Connor in the Dozen, but he has all the traits you look for.

Big time sports guy, but also huge nerd, similar makeup to T-Bob

The only downside is his young age/limited range of knowledge.

His pop-culture prowess will be one to watch as well. Has the potential to be a fast riser on this list

Comparison: Harold Fannin

21. Gia | Hoagies | 5.83PPM | LR: 21

Gia is dominant in pop culture, but disappears at times in matches. I'll be interested to see the benefit of her expected compatibility with her new teammates, TJ and Connor.

Comparison: Jaylen Waddle

20. Kyle Bauer | Markettes | 7.78PPM | LR: NR

Was it a bit of an oversight to leave KB off the list originally? Probably, but I don't think it's as crazy as people think. When he knows the answer, he's on it, but most of the match, he goes AJ Hawk. I don't want to go as far as saying he's a geography merchant, but it's close.

Nevertheless, He's a great player and deserves to be on this list going forward.

Comparison: Courtland Sutton, hometown Brenham, Texas

19. Jake Malasek | Grinders | 7.81PPM | LR: 13

A rough go at it last week, as he only scored 2 points in their loss to the Booze Ponies. Has Frank taken over as the guy? Probably not, but it was a concerning debut from the reigning Rookie of the Year

Comparison: Jaxson Dart

18. Feits | Booze Ponies | 5.81PPM | LR: 20

Feits is an ultimate vibes guy on the ultimate vibes team. He is above average in pop culture, great in TV and Movies, and is knowledgeable enough to fill in some cracks with sports when Dana goes blank.

Comparison: George Kittle

17. Big T | Red Team | 6PPM | LR: 19

Big T is a great player, but a potential cancer in the locker room. He knows a lot, but sometimes gets too confident in himself and refuses to listen to teammates.

Will it be different with the Red Team? Possibly, which would cause him to rise on this list, but right now, it's wait and see.

Comparison: Nico Iamaleava  Draymond Green

16. Nick Turani | Markettes | 6.78PPM | LR: 17

Clicky is a really good player in all facets of the game, his only deficiency is his confidence. He has mentioned that he ranks in the correct answer % because he refuses to speak up when he doesn't know the answer.

If he can get more aggressive, the Markettes can be a true force this season

Comparison: Klay Thompson with Ben Simmons confidence

15. Clem | Ziti | 8.5PPM | LR: 16

1/2 of the snack boys is next, and similar to Turani, doesn't have many glaring weaknesses, but lacks the confidence to throw out answers when he's not sure. His snack prowess holds high regard as he holds the advantage over nearly every player in the league, but his ability to lead a team holds him back here.

Comparison: Sam Darnold

14. PFT | Experts | 7.24PPM | LR: 15

If PFT weren't on the same team as Brandon Walker, he would be one of the top players in the league.

He knows sports at an elite level, and he's above average everywhere else.

He is one of the best 3rd options in the league

Comparison: Blake Griffin

13. Mark Titus | Markettes | 6.56PPM | LR: 14

Titus and PFT are practically the same player; Titus has just gotten the opportunity to lead a team, and it's gone pretty well.

He also holds a great niche and is nearly automatic in college basketball.

Comparison: Jimmy Butler

12. Large | Gen XYZ | 7.17PPM | LR: 12

Old reliable sounds disrespectful, but it's the only way I can describe Large as a trivia player. You know what you're going to get: above-average play every single match.

Is he good enough to carry a team on a playoff run? Probably not, but he can keep games close and provide a nice floor to Gen XYZ as long as he's around.

Comparison: Aaron Rodgers

11. Rone | Uptown Balls | 6.89PPM | LR: 11

Rone seemingly knows everything. He has no weakness and is never completely lost on a question. Add in his intangibles and new team, I think Rone could be one of the best players in the league this season

After the first matches of the season, he looks like the decidingly worst player on the team, which isn't as bad as it sounds, but slightly hurts his position.

Comparison: Current Lebron James

10. T-Bob | Po'Boys | n/a | LR: 10

This is probably the lowest you can put T-Bob. He is the perfect prospect: loves sports and has been around for a long time, but is also one of the biggest nerds in the league (in a good way, obviously).

We have a small sample size with his match against Chicago, but he has proved that he will be a force, but has a low amount of pressure with Kenjac on his team

Comparison: Cooper Flagg

9. Dana Beers | Booze Ponies | 7.93PPM | LR: 9

Dana has the largest range of any player in the Dozen. He can go from one of the best players in the league to a near-zero at times.

Recently, he has been closer to the top, which is why he is here, but the success of the Booze Ponies relies on his ability to perform.

Comparison: Josh Allen

8. Glenny Balls | Uptown Balls | 8.06PPM | LR: 7

At times, he looks like an MVP candidate; other times, he passes it along to his teammates. One of the best players in the league, who regularly pulls answers out of nowhere, is a seamless fit on any team and has been a staple since the beginning of Dozen History.

Comparison: Matt Stafford

7. Tommy Smokes | Uptown Balls | 10.61PPM | LR: 8

Quietly was one of the best players in the league last year, and just very consistent in his time in the Dozen. He's great in everything, maybe not dominant in anything, but with his new teammates, it may not matter

Comparison: Maxx Crosby

6. Kelly Keegs | Ryders | 9.1PPM | LR: 6

Nobody is better in pop culture than Keegs. She never misses, she nears Fran's level on celebrity mashup, and continuously carries every team shes ever been on. Is she good enough to carry a team?

The only thing holding her back is her lack of sports knowledge

Comparison: Lamar Jackson

5. Fran | Experts | 7.24PPM | LR: 5

Another player who would explode if she were on a different team. She and Kelly are nearly the same exact player; Fran just has the built-in 2 points every single match for years.

Experts have 2 top 5 players in the league and it shows.

Comparison: Steph Curry if he were on the same team as Michael Jordan

4. Kenjac | Po'Boys | 9.5PPM | LR: 4

Kenjac has always been an elite trivia player, but he's always had below-average supporting casts. Without Kenjac, Chicago might be the worst team in the league.

From Movies to Sports, Kenjac has it all

Comparison: Drew Brees

3. Eddie | Ziti | 10.67PPM | LR: 3

Eddie and Kenjac are in a tier by themselves; the only reason Eddie gets the nod is that he's a little better in sports. An MVP candidate year in, year out.

Comparison: Peyton Manning

2. Kirk Minihane | Minihane | 10.71PPM | LR: 2

Two trivia players in this league can truly carry their team to a championship. Kirk will at least have an educated guess for every single question.

The only thing you can hold against him is his attitude towards his teammates

Comparison: Michael Jordan

1. Brandon Walker | Experts | 10.7PPM | LR: 1

The perfect trivia player.

Sports, Pop culture, history, it doesn't matter; he knows the answer. He is the villain; it's his show, and there is nobody better

Comparison: Madden 07 Michael Vick
