State of the Giants: News Flash, We SUCK

I will be the first to admit, I was so entirely wrong about this franchise (although I really am only one game off my season win total prediction).

I mean what the fuck are we doin here Giants? Can we all as Giants fans agree that we need to move on from the Russel Wilson experiment? He had one good game in the last 5 years against Dallas and we are treating him like he's Tom Brady.

You don't move up in the draft to take a QB in the first round to have him ride the bench the entire season. Just absolute bone-headed moves by the leadership on this team.

This team is fuckin pathetic. From the top down, something has to change. It's the same old shit week in and week out. We show a glimmer of hope against a horrible Dallas defense and lose to a Brandon Aubrey monster kick (thanks Shane Bowen), then go out last night and look like no one has ever played football before in their lives - minus Skattebo.

I mean look at this guy, he's the only one that actually plays with heart.

The only bright spot on the offense last night - a 5'10" white runningback with over 120 yards of offense and a touchdown.

And a really bold strategy to not have your best player in Malik Nabers targeted only five times throughout the entire game where he only had 2 catches for 13 yards. Yeah, great idea Kafka and Daboll - great game plan going into this one.

And Abdul Carter - for fucks sake man can you please make a God damn tackle? I mean you pressure the QB 5 times a game and can't bring him down. Absolutely insane. And we can't blame Dru Phillips on THIS play.

MAKE A DAMN TACKLE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!!!!

This game was so winnable. The Chiefs were begging us to take the win - and we could have stepped on their throats right before the half, but nope, instead of falling on the ball and getting inside the Chief's 10 with less than two to play in the half, Bobby Okereke decided to try a scoop and score, and gets fucking stripped by Patrick Mahomes? I mean what the fuck are we doin here?

Just an all around piss poor effort from this team week, after week, after week.

I was so optimistic coming into this season and shame on me. I should have stuck with the "believe it when I see it mentality".

I mean let's be real here, look at what we saw in the preseason from Jaxson Dart.

And this is coming from someone that wasn't so sure about him to begin with, but he proved me wrong. And I don't want to hear "we are developing him behind a veteran so that he doesn't get hurt and have his confidence blown up". Cry me a fucking river with that shit. The kid has proven that he belongs in the league and can be a playmaker that I think everyone on the team already loves and respects. If Daboll trots out Russ on Sunday and we lose, he can kiss his job goodbye.

It's time to stop babying a rookie that we drafted with the 25th pick overall because we don't want to rush him. Fuck that, that's loser talk. Put the kid in and see what we have and if he isn't the answer, then we draft again and put Jameis in so that we can at least be a little entertained while we lose.

How on earth do the Giants have the Dart package that works two times in a row gaining almost a first down and then they take him out, TO DO THE SAME FUCKING PLAY WITH RUSS, that goes nowhere? What are we doin here? Russ is washed - get him outta here.

And don't even get me started on Andrew fucking Thomas. Trade that guy for a bag of balls at this point. How are you going to come into a game with a fuckin snap count? What is this the MLB? Get your ass in there and earn the millions of dollars you have to play a children's game and play the full 60 minutes or don't play at all you fucking pussy.

After this conversation today with the press, if Daboll STILL names Russ the starter, he's as good as gone.

For a coach and GM that are trying to put a product on their field and coaching for their lives, it doesn't really seem like they have any urgency.

Mark my words, if Wilson starts on Sunday and we lose - Dabs and Schoen are as good as gone. But if they start Dart and look somewhat competitive, they might live to see another day.
