Barstool Beach House: Weekend One Star goes too...

Last night, the weekend of Barstool Beach House came to a close. Overall, a pretty good night for all, still though with some spattered moments involving, of course...Nicky Smokes & Annika. With weekend one now in the books, the next question up for debate is who is the star of the first weekend? Let’s take a look...

So let’s get this one out of the way off the rip. You can't talk about stars of the weekend without Nicky Smokes. The first two nights were ALL about him, he made sure to be in the middle of any drama he could, and oh boy was he. Then his third night wasn't too shabby either, as the world got to see Smokes’ "true" talents. But was it all enough to be considered the star? Probably not.

Villain? Now that’s a much better title, as he almost breaks up JANNY on night two, and then at every other turn, his choices seem to revolve around one certain person we all know: Annika. Even last night, with his so extremely awkward interactions with Brianna Chickenfry's friends while the guy was hitting on Annika.

And of course, night one, his infamous cry will go down in history. Let's think about it...That’s gotta be tough... heading back to work on a Monday knowing the whole world saw you cry just this past Thursday. Yikes. But hey i guess we have to remember, a star is also someone who’s popular, and Smokes knows how to get clicks.

Next up, with ease... KATIC, the Nightkrawler himself. Every day and night, within the hour, you had a clip almost better than his last hitting the social waves. In just three short days, he’s gone from really coming into this as a slight... I’m not sure villain is the word, but he was definitely low on the popularity chart of who's who.

I’m so glad the world is being truly introduced to Katic. I mean, not to brag or anything, but I should be pretty high on the Krawlers’ hierarchy since I was on his squad way back... geez, I feel like that guy saying, “Bro, I knew that band before they blew up,” but seriously, I did (receipt: https://www.barstoolbreakdown.com/post/katic-energy-is-unmatched).

Up there next to me should be Reed Jones(Barstool Breakdown), as his run this weekend for Barstool Breakdown has been chef’s kiss as well! Thank you for the clips & tweets to use!

Anyway, there’s no hiding the fact that Katic’s antics stole the show, even on night one, when tension was at its highest. We got the chicken tendies entrance and a well-timed fart to get the vibes right back.

I might be a little biased, but oh well...because Katic is the man!

Lastly, for stars of the weekend, you can’t go wrong with JANNY: Danny Conrad & Jackie Nichols. The couple that has stolen America’s heart. Coming into the Beach House, it all felt more like a funny back-and-forth. Well, that ocean air brought it to reality, and we are all here for it.

The whole weekend, their vibe was too genuine not to root for. Seriously, a storyline that would put The Bachelor and Bachelorette to shame. Just think...on night two, when Nicky may or may not have stepped between JANNY, the outcry force was as strong (if not stronger) than Katic’s Krawlers.

Finally, on night three, all the JANNIES, or JANNY Heads(workshopping those a bit) got some real hope for weekend two, as they were spotted by multiple people hanging out in bed together.

Stars? No doubt in my mind, but the biggest...?

Sooooo all three dominated the weekend. Yes, we saw flashes from others like Brianna, Tommy Smokes, Ella Grif, and Oona. But the three named above had staying power beyond their reach, or their moments were wrapped around the Big 3.

Well now over here on the Breakdown we only crown one winner. Weekend two, three, or four could be someone else’s to grab... but Beach House Weekend One goes to… no other than…

KATIC!

It was always Katic & his Krawlers. How could it not be? Jumping up on stages, tarps off at bars, 2AM chicken tendies, farts that clear out rooms, I mean, damn, the list just goes. I didn’t even mention the live Instagram kiss with Bri or flirting with his male neighbors. Also who hasn't taken a road sign or traffic cone on a crazy night...the man is even relatable to his krawlers!

Katic found a way to be the star, just by being himself. He didn’t get caught up in any drama or try to hook up. He just figured out the key of this thing maybe: You’re getting paid to have fun, so why not go 110%?

With Rone currently stopping in at the Beach House for immediate reactions, who knows how he’ll stir things up for weekend two. But there’s got to be no doubt who dominated this weekend start to finish... From the College Football Playoffs a short eight months ago, to now the star of Barstool Beach House, that’s a one-of-a-kind combo for...
