While yes, we usually have to wait every 4 years for the Olympics, Barstool After Dark is here to save us from the dog days of summer & lack of sports. This week is all about competition in Chicago as Ohio's Tate & the After Dark crew are bringing us the interns in dramatic fashion, competing against each other for the chance at glory, and most likely a banner, if we are being honest here.
Tate, as always, does a great job in previewing the night, with 12 of the interns competing in various events with a point system to eliminate them down until it becomes a single-elimination tournament. Really, the big part of the night comes with what could be in store for us with the different competitions. You have to remember, this is coming from the minds of Ohio's Tate & Lucas here. The possibilities are truly endless, and the embarrassment level could reach all-time highs for the interns. Throw in Doitche & any possible employee guest appearances, and we have ourselves one hell of a night ahead.
Now again, I do not have any clue what the interns have ahead of them, but we have seen competitions get wild in Chicago before, let's just think about the Mintzy Pro Days, always a grand spectacle with can't-look-away content. While the boys After Dark usually love drumming up top-tier punishments, you have to be on the edge of your seat in excitement waiting for the potential competitions ahead. If you missed it on Twitter, we have seen some leaks, including Fasoli with some trivia for the kids...
Let's not forget our part as Stoolies as well. If any of these interns hope to have a future at the Stool, we need to make sure they are ready for what it's all about. The chat needs to be out in full force this Tuesday to show them how dedicated After Dark fans truly are. We may even factor into the decisions for certain competitions... just maybe... something to think about... potentially.
Barstool After Dark is here yet again to save the day and give us what we need. In a time where the sports world is at its low point of the year & we crave competition on our screens, they give us the Olympics. No longer are we left to wait 4 years for the world's greatest games to air, don't miss out, and get over to YouTube Tuesday night at 8 PM ET / 7 PM CT for Barstool After Dark's Olympics!
