It is with a sunken stomach I write this after the close call that ended our amazing run last Sunday. To paint you the picture: we survived London’s rain, Chicago’s wind, but just couldn’t find a way to get past the turf in Dallas, as it grabbed Jayden Daniels by the leg, pulling his hamstring just as he was quickly on his way to 230+ passing yards...maybe even a zillion at that point. Through tragedy, though, comes great triumph! That brings us to the present in Week 8, and as always, we kick off with 3 cool bets!
For those who don’t celebrate, the fourth Sunday of October is always known as National Tight End Day. So I am now obligated to bet TE TDs only for the cool bets of the week!
Dalton Kincaid ATTD +205
Kincaid is actually usually a weekly bet for me, with my fantasy team in my money league being named Burger Kincaid, it’s a must! Now the data backs it up. Coming off a bye week, he should be fully healthy, and Bills fans know Josh Allen has always loved his TEs in the red zone. So here’s to hoping Josh celebrates TE Day!
Cade Otton ATTD +165
U DUB ALUM! Being in the Huskies’ backyard as of now, Otton makes sense. Then add in the fact that Mayfield is down a few weapons, it feels like a match made for National TE Day! Let’s go Huskies... I mean Bucs!
Pat Freiermuth ATTD +300
It's Sunday night football with Aaron Rodgers against his former team...WHY NOT! This also is a Jersey Jerry, Nick Turani, Katic, & Sandos play...ohh and Lucas! For the Steel crew!
Alright, now comes the big time... Sunday Funday Parlay!

Of course, it wouldn’t be a parlay without the Spencer Sweat. This week we’re begging for 210 passing yards out of Spencer Rattler. Yeah, yeah, yeah...I know I’m crazy and addicted to this play, but when you look at it, he hasn’t killed the parlay that many times yet. So we must include the Spencer Sweat!
Now it’s BO TIME! Nix is gonna need to sling it around again this week. After his wild comeback last week against the Giants, we must ride with the Bronco at his highest! Nix for 230+ passing yards is the play. And yes, we still have the scars of Dallas healing, BUT it’s in Denver, so have no fear!
Best saved for last: Josh Allen going for 220+ passing yards. This to me is a no-brainer, as always, In Allen We Trust. Josh Allen, coming off a bad game and a bye week, should be in vengeance mode! We must channel that into winning ourselves money!
We all have to bring good vibes for the Tight Ends this Sunday, and how do they get the ball, you ask?? QBs! It looks to me like our cool bets and Sunday Funday Parlay may go hand in hand this weekend. I feel we are primed to win lots of bets this Sunday!
