WAKE UP! Pitchers & Catchers are reporting!

Early this morning, as we opened up our social media apps, we were delighted to see the boys of summer heading back to work. You guessed it—the day has finally arrived for the official pitchers and catchers report date. The long offseason is behind us, and now 30 teams begin the grueling grind toward a World Series championship. Other than hypotheticals and oddsmakers, every fan is equal this morning. We are all 0-0, with dreams of seeing our squads hoisting a trophy roughly eight months from now.

Of course, we could all be Realistic Ross' right now and write off some teams based on their rosters, but let's not do that to anyone. This is a day we all need to sit back and collectively share the same excitement for the upcoming season. Let’s allow everyone to have this day—check X, Insta, or TikTok to see their ace pop the mitt in the bullpen or their stud major prospect catcher hitting BP. From Dodgers to White Sox fans, we are all feeling good.

As a fan, how does that not get you fired up?! I mean, even the players are feeling the swarm of optimism in the air. Now, of course, I have no actual evidence that he said this, but damn, as a D-Backs fan, let me get fired up about it! We don’t need any truth seekers today—just keep the blinders on as we scroll through Twitter.

Yep, print the papers, change the record books...I am ALL in on the D-Backs this year.
