With 8 of the top 9 teams in KenPom playing for a spot in the Final Four this weekend, this should—in theory—be some of the best basketball we’ve seen all season.

#3 Texas Tech (Big 12, 28-8) vs. #1 Florida (SEC, 33-4)

Tech: F JT Toppin & F Darrion Williams

Florida: G Walter Clayton Jr. & G/F Will Richard

Overview: Florida has a HUGE advantage in guard play here. Clayton, Richard, and Martin could have a field day. For Texas Tech, they’ll need to lean hard on Toppin & Williams—if those two can combine for 50+, they’ve got a real shot. Expect a high-scoring affair either way. The Red Raiders will fight to the end—as we saw in their historic Sweet 16 comeback.

#2 Alabama (SEC, 28-8) vs. #1 Duke (ACC, 34-3)

Duke: F Cooper Flagg & G Tyrese Proctor

Overview: This is a Final Four or even national championship caliber matchup. Alabama needs to shoot well and stay out of foul trouble to keep up. Duke just needs steady production from Flagg, Knueppel, and Proctor from deep.

The final score in this one? Could be in the 100s.

Overview: Defense. Defense. Defense. This one is the opposite of Saturday’s matchups. It’ll be a fight for every bucket, with both teams thriving on their ability to control tempo and lock down. Houston has the edge from three-point range. Cryer, coming off a tough night, should be ready to bounce back. Ziegler and Lanier need to be sharp.
