It's official Jerry Jones is a better actor than General Manager

The Dallas Cowboys have promoted their offensive coordinator Bryan Schottenheimer to their head coach and Cowboys fans are going through right now.

Five new head coaches have been hired in the NFL over the last 11 days, but the one thing the other franchises have in common that is different from the Cowboys is that all the coaches they hired are from outside their organization.

This means only one thing and that is no head coach wants to deal with Jerry Jones as their boss. The Dallas Cowboys head coaching vacancy was a top 3 job in the NFL and the only exciting name that was even mentioned for the job was Deion Sanders.

Do you know how sad that is? To go from possibly having Primetime as your head coach to the guy with the whitest last name ever: Schottenheimer.

If I were a Cowboys fan (thank God I’m not), I would be fuming. The mental torture they put themselves in thinking they're “America’s Team.” When the last time they made a NFC Championship game was 1996.

I think Jones’ logical next move is to step down as general manager and pursue a career in acting because it seems that it’s the only thing he’s good at.

Heck, he can even help Glenn Powell and Matthew McConaughey campaign to film more movies in Texas.

Jones has 6 IDMB credits, twice the amount he has in Super Bowls. Most notably he has cameos in Entourage, The League, and the latest one Landman

Does he play himself in every single role? Yes, but that's what he's good at—playing a trumped-up version of himself.

I have to admit when I saw his appearance on Landman I did choke up a bit. Jones talks about how he loves working with his kids you can tell that was from the heart.

The next role, I can see Jerry Jones playing himself in Draft Day 2, but the scriptwriters are going to have to work miracles to show that he’s a competent GM.
