Homa Needs Us Now

As the 3rd round tees off currently, in already odd fashion with groups of 3 due to inclement weather, I sit here, like many others, nervous for our guys. But to me, one guy really needs us in his corner this weekend: Max Homa.

Homa has had such an up-and-down career, including some really good high points. Through this roller coaster, majors have always seemed to elude his best game. He’s also someone who critiques his own game through those shortcomings. Max is a recurring guest on Barstool’s Pardon My Take and has become beloved by many Stoolies through his personality and interactions with fans. This includes roasting swings on Twitter to just comical moments with Big Cat & PFT. He’s just a guy you want to root for, his only flaw might be that he’s a Dodgers fan. Also he has a beaut and the shot of the tourney so far!

Now here we are, in the top 10 going into the weekend. He needs us, the fans. The energy has to be high on social media, and very positive. This could be his chance to etch himself into major history. With winds high and the course biting back early this Saturday, Stoolies and golf fans alike—it’s our time to show out for our guy!

Max Homa is a national treasure of the golf game and has given us so many great moments over his career. Now, in his time of need, it’s our time to step up for him.
