This offseason, we lost The Yak, Mostly Trivia, Macrodosing, Charity Case, and Foreplay. Will we lose as many teams this offseason? Probably not, but I believe there may be some shocking splits, and hopefully some splits that have been a long time coming.
Been a long time coming:
Gen XYZ

It's been a rough few seasons for Gen XYZ. They made the final 4 in season 1, won a playoff game in season 2, but since then, are 0-2 in the playoffs and haven't made the playoffs since season 4. Large is having his worst statistical season ever, he looks checked out, and if he retires, I don't think Vibbs or Ev would stick around to keep the band together.
Chicago

Chicago held on because they had an elite player to pair with Chief, but now they have Cheah, who is an average player, but not dominant enough to take over a match. They can't beat top-tier teams, but Chief and Cheah could both thrive on top-tier teams, which may lead to their demise.
One and Done
The Red Team

There's still a lot of season to go, but this team seems terribly disinterested and also terrible, a mix that's horrible for long-term success. Big T is a good player, Jack Mac could be okay if he went to a great team, but Dante brings nothing as a captain. I could be wrong, but I would be surprised to see The Red Team back in season 7.
Kelly Deserves Better
The Ryders

It's hard to watch Kelly dig her teammates out of matches every single time they play. KFC doesn't have the aggressiveness to bring value as a captain and has only scored over 6 points twice. Rico can pull something out of nowhere once every other match, but also is only there for the name-sake of the team. Disband the team and find a way to make Kelly and Big T get along long enough to make a run.
