Barstool After Dark: Can You Say Semifinals?

Barstool After Dark continues to ride the wave of momentum they gained by knocking down the door into Columbus early this morning. Though it took 25 seasons for Brandon Walker and his staff to get a seat at the table, now that they’ve arrived, it only took one year to gain their first playoff win (on the road, by the way), leaving three more wins needed to finally reach the pinnacle.
The quarterfinals brought the daunting task of traveling out west for the Fiesta Bowl and facing the undefeated Oklahoma State Cowboys.
A quick change to longer quarters proved to be a huge difference maker, and quickly losing the tag of “Regular Season Rick,” OC White Boy Rick found himself thriving, dialing up touchdown drives left and right, and gaining all the momentum for his defensive stars:
Intern Ryan
User Pick Tate (formerly Ohio's Tate & IowaS Tate)
And new grad assistant Intern Connor, recently brought on in Columbus
The three-headed monster on defense looked unstoppable.
This type of play is a byproduct of the development Brandon Walker instills in his assistants. Add in the gunslinger himself for OSU, Finau Orlando, and this team looks ready for the tall task ahead: to win just two more games.
The question begs to be asked: Can this staff close it out and win a natty? A question many viewers & diehards have been pondering for about 38 hours, though it’s felt like 25 years.
It’s a one-game-at-a-time mentality for the Ohio State Buckeyes, and now, finding themselves in the semifinals of the national championship playoffs, the moment is right in front of them.
User Pick Tate, White Boy Rick, Intern Ryan, and Grad Assistant Connor have a chance so many others may never get...the opportunity to play in the Final Four of college football.
Time to bring it back to Columbus.
